- A citizen of Nepal.
- A subject of Bhutan.
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma (Myanmar), Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire (DR Congo), Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
RRB Group D Educational Qualification 2026
Candidates applying for RRB Group D Level-1 posts must possess any one of the following educational qualifications on or before the closing date of the application.
