there are 2 tower of 6 blocks i.e. 12 blocks , then there are 2 tower of 5 blocks i.e. 10 blocks , and there are 4 free blocks
therefore there must be 12 10 4 i.e. 26
and there is no option for that at all and you are saying that the answer is 25 blocks how is that possible.
