The statement must hold in every valid arrangement. A statement that is merely possible is not sufficient.
10. "Data Inadequate" Questions
Sometimes the clues do not provide enough information to determine a unique answer. In such cases, do not make an assumption simply to select an option.
Important Distinction:
Could be true means at least one valid arrangement exists. Must be true means every valid arrangement produces the same conclusion. Cannot be true means the option contradicts the puzzle conditions.

Common Logical Traps in Reasoning Puzzles

"Immediately before" means consecutive positions. It cannot be treated as simply "before".
