Hai Guys...Interview Experiences that are shared here helped me alot so I decided to share mine.
Accenture hiring process consists of only two rounds :
1) Online written test.
2)Group Interview.
Online Written Test will be conducted either by AMCAT or MERITTRAC.
Its your Luck if it is AMCAT because 80% of AMCAT questions are repetitive preparing only previous questions will clear this Online written Test round.
As Accenture is a bulk recruiter it calls more number of students to the interview.
2) Interview : Unlike other companies Accenture conducts Group Interviews. Clearing this round is entirely depends on your managing skills and Communication skills. 3 Boys and 2 Girls will be called at a time.Make sure that you go after 1-2 hrs after the start of interview.
Make sure that you are well dressed and eye contact is must and should.Clearing Interview will also depends on the Panel you go and other 4 members you are going with.
Your voice should be clear and sweet so that the HR will clearly understand what you are saying.The panel consists of two Members HR and Technical person.
Never Try to dominate the other members . Give suitable answers when your Turn comes.
Coming to my interview I was with two other boys and two other girls.These two girls were very talkative and other two boys voices were quite a bit low.I was ok ok..
The very First question was Tell me about yourself?
Make sure that you tell about your education profile, achievements,family background,hobbies,personality traits.
The other question was What are Your Goals?
My answer was-Sir My Short Term goal is to get placed in your company and My long term goal is to be in a respectable position in your company.
This is enough to flat them.
Never say I wanna be a entrepreneur I wanna persue Mtech in IITs NITs.
The other question was Being a ECE student Why do you want to choose IT sector?
My answer was - Yes sir I agree there are lot of oppurtunities in ECE . But Im equally Interested in How software Development is done so I want to start my Carrier in Software field.
Technical questions were about the project you have done. And thats all nothing much.
