Online Test & Presentation Session

In the morning, we were given a brief PPT presentation about Accenture, where they explained the company profile, work culture, and growth opportunities. After that, we were given detailed instructions about the online written test.

The test was conducted through Aspiring Minds (AMCAT) pattern. It consisted of the following sections:

• Quantitative Aptitude
• Logical Reasoning
• Verbal Ability

The test was adaptive in nature, which means it included both easy and difficult questions based on performance. Since there was no sectional cut-off, it was relatively easier to clear this round with balanced preparation.

The major topics covered in the Quant section were:

• Number System
• Logarithms
• Time and Work
• Profit and Loss

Out of nearly 400 candidates, I was happy to be one of those selected in the first round.

Group Interview Round

Next, we had the Group Interview round, where 5 candidates were grouped together. The interview was conducted by a panel consisting of both HR and Technical interviewers.

The HR first asked us to speak on any current news topic. Each one of us was given 1 minute to express our thoughts.

After that, we were asked about our final-year projects, and based on our project details, technical questions were asked. Since I had done my project on DBMS, most of the technical questions were related to that subject.

At the end of the interview, I was relieved and overjoyed to know that all 5 members from our group were selected.
