Interview Experience: Tell Me About Yourself

Shared by kavya - Real insights from interview preparation

Interview Experience Details

Hello Sir/Ma’am.

First of all, thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Kavya, and I am from Kodagu. Currently, I am pursuing my final year of BBA from Mangalore University.

Talking about my family, we are a family of four, including me and my elder sister. My father is a coffee planter, and my mother is a homemaker.

Coming to my hobbies, I am passionate about yoga and dancing. I have participated in several competitions and have performed across Karnataka and other states. I am especially trained in Indian folk dance forms, and I also enjoy learning new languages, as it helps me connect with people from different cultures.

Talking about my strengths, I am a quick learner, a good listener, and a team player. As for my weakness, I tend to be over-dedicated to my work, which sometimes leads me to overwork. However, I am learning to manage my time effectively.

My ultimate goal is to work in a field that I am passionate about and grow successfully in my career.

That’s all about me.
Thank you.
