    According to me, An ideal company is a company which provides a healthy and good environment and lots of opportunities for employees to do work and where the suggestions would be taken as positions.     Well, according to me, the ideal company is the company which provides a healthy and motivated environment to their employees and give best opportunities to enhance their career. The ideal job is the job where the employee gets more benefits and opportunities to prove themselves. So where these conditions are present that is the best location for me.

    Sir, I would prefer the company which gives enough space to an employee to grow and gives thought on employee's suggestions if it is really worth. And l love the job which gives a job satisfaction and allows me to maintain the equilibrium of life and work. I would prefer a place in which I get the above things.
